Our legendary tea dances are not to be missed.
A glorious combination of dancing, tea and cake and smooth music, perfect for a Sunday afternoon. Set in a beautiful venue located in the picturesque historic market town of Wallingford.
Taking all the charm and elegance of the traditional tea dances (proper china cups) and adding a modern jive twist to create a unique Sunday afternoon experience. Pure heaven for dancers
Some of the tea dances are themed, some feature guest teachers but they are all special

Our Friday Temptation Nights usually begin with a lesson at 8.00pm. They are always just a little different because we are passionate about our love of dance and understand and share the desire to explore new techniques and styles. Our Modern Jive lessons incorporate and draw inspiration from other types of dance.
The lessons are designed to demonstrate the importance of technique as well as moves. The classes provide the foundations that allow you to develop your own individual style.
Jive Temptation offers classes in Modern Jive as expected but understands the desire to widen horizons and the fun in learning something totally new. We provide a unique opportunity to try new dances by regularly inviting well known guest teachers to share their passion with us for Swing, Tango, Latin and more........

Swing Temptation
Swing is THE most fun, the lessons are full of laughter and the music is infectious.
If you're looking for a little Late Night Swing then get yourself over to Wallingford where we are delighted to announce that Sally and Nick will be teaching a regular monthly lindy hop class from Feb 2012

This fantastic Jump, Jive and Swing band are a huge hit wherever and whenever they play.
Their performance at our vintage tea dance in November was brilliant and we can't wait to welcome them back in March to play at the first of three special Decade Dances.
